In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during a game round or betting event, winpaker will endeavour to reconstruct the outcome using available logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, winpaker reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the stake to the user's account. winpaker shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
